Brazilian Cheese Bread

This Brazilian cheese bread is easy to make and delicious. Cripsy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Did I mention it's also gluten-free. This bread will have you coming back for more.

Materials

  • 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉
  • In a blender, add tapioca flour, milk, EVOO, and egg into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add cheese and blend for 15-30 seconds until it is broken down.
  • Spray a mini-muffin pan with oil. Add the batter until 3/4 of the way up.
  • Add some extra cheese on top of each one and bake for 20-25 minutes
