Lemon Posset
These Lemon Possets are easy to make for a quick dessert. Only requires a few ingredients and it is so delicious. It's creamy and lemony.

- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g sugar
- zest from 2 lemons
- juice from 2 lemons
Place cream and sugar into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat to dissolve the sugar. Once dissolved and little bubbles appear on the edges of the cream, remove from heat.
Add lemon zest and juice from two lemons. Mix to combine.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then pour into cups or from some hollowed-out lemon shells.
Put in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Enjoy!
